Terry Luker

Terry Luker is the founder and Chairman of Alternative Capital Solutions and Commercial Capital BIDCO.  After over 30 years in the automobile finance community, Terry decided to focus his energy on the broader commercial lending industry.  ACS was formed in 2013 to help clients and lending partners find funding solutions.  After running ACS for several years, Terry and his team discovered a need for small business bridge financing, particularly small balances of $250,000 to $3,000,000.  This need drove him to form Commercial Capital BIDCO in 2019.  

After experiencing a lot of personal and business success, Terry went on to found the Commercial Loan Broker Association, a group dedicated to strengthening the loan brokerage community through networking, education and ethical standards.   Further, The Commercial Loan Broker Academy is a training program designed to help launch and grow new loan brokers.  TCLBA will welcome their first class of students in 2024.  The curriculum will be written by Terry and classes will be taught by Terry, his son Jeff Luker and a host of other leaders in the industry.

Terry enjoys meeting and encouraging people to reach their goals, no matter how big they are.  He has authored two books- “Flourish: How to Start, Fund, and Grow your Business” as well as “Yes! How to Get the Funding you Need for your Business.”  Terry is very invested in his family and enjoys residing in Franklin, TN with his wife Tabitha and their children.

Jeff Luker

Jeff is a graduate of The University of Alabama and joined the Alternative Capital Solutions team in July 2015. Prior to Joining ACS, Jeff spent the previous eight years in Sales Management Leadership and as the Finance Director of a large automotive group. Since starting at ACS, Jeff has been pivotal in both the creation and growth of ACS’ subsidiary, Commercial Capital BIDCO, where it has been a nationally leading small-balance bridge lender since 2019. Jeff has a keen eye for government guaranteed loans, small business ventures, and small-balance bridge lending, which has led to him being a crucial resource to up-and-coming brokers within the industry across a myriad of finance products. In 2023, Jeff graduated with honors from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU – giving him an added skill-set and layer of knowledge within the banking and commercial real estate industries.

Jon Cosentino

Jon Cosentino is the President of Fair Winds Commercial Capital, a private small-balance Commercial Real Estate finance firm.  Jon has an extensive background across finance and sales as well as the management of Commercial Real Estate.  Jon spent 14 years in senior management for a national training organization that specialized in teaching new brokers the skills and knowledge necessary to run a successful commercial loan brokerage firm.  Jon’s formal training includes a degree in Finance, CCIM training, SBA loan origination, equipment leasing, AR factoring and PO finance as well as over 20 years in middle market lending for both a global and large regional bank.
